Network Franchise Conditions

1. Possess a legally valid business license, with courier services as the primary business scope, operate from a legitimate business premise, and fully comply with all national laws and regulations.
2. The registered capital of franchise outlets in provincial capital cities shall not be less than RMB 500,000, in prefecture-level cities not less than RMB 500,000, and in county-level (or below) cities not less than RMB 500,000. Additionally, liquid working capital of over RMB 100,000 is required.
3. Franchise outlets must pay the risk deposit, network construction fee, and other related fees as stipulated by the headquarters, and pay all regular fees required by the headquarters on time.
4. The legal representative of the outlet must have an educational background of at least a specialized secondary school (or high school) diploma or above, possess certain management and operational capabilities, and demonstrate a strong service philosophy and teamwork spirit.
5. The legal representative and all staff of the outlet must possess knowledge of courier-related business and legal regulations, have a sense of risk awareness, and strong adaptability and problem-solving skills for handling various unexpected situations.
6. All franchise outlets must be equipped with necessary vehicles, personnel, and all hardware facilities required for using the self-developed one-stop express delivery information management system.
7. Must comply with all management systems of the headquarters and unconditionally follow the headquarters' management.
8. Unconditionally participate in all professional training sessions and meetings arranged by the headquarters.

Franchise Procedure

1. Companies interested in joining must submit a written fax to the Headquarters Network Operation and Development Center detailing their company's operational status, company profile, and delivery coverage area.
2. The Headquarters Network Operation and Development Center will provide the franchisee with relevant network operation materials.
3. The Headquarters Network Operation and Development Center will conduct an on-site inspection to assess the specific circumstances of the applying company.
4. Upon reaching a mutual agreement, a formal franchise agreement will be signed at the headquarters.
